1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "3pati" / "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at 3pati.bio, including all associated web pages, mobile browser interfaces, account systems, games, and betting markets.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers for, or otherwise accesses, a 3pati account.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful completion of the 3pati registration process.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a player's account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet awards, or matching deposit bonuses credited to an account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification process required prior to first withdrawal and at any subsequent point deemed necessary by 3pati.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "USDT TRC20" means Tether USD stablecoin transacted on the TRON blockchain network.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 3pati platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of 3pati or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have a pre-existing account on 3pati that has been suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 3pati or any third-party responsible gaming organisation.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the 3pati platform, you must complete the registration process via the 3pati Login page. The following rules apply to account registration:

• Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
• 3pati reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason.
• Account registration constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the 3pati Privacy Policy in their entirety.

Players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and all other cities across Pakistan are welcome to register. There are no region-based restrictions within Pakistan.

4 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 3pati login credentials at all times. The following obligations apply:

• Do not share your username, password, or SMS OTP codes with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP where offered — this is strongly recommended but currently optional.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing 3pati on shared or public devices.
• Notify 3pati support immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3pati will never contact you via unsolicited email, SMS, or social media asking for your password or OTP. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at [email protected].

All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility. 3pati will not reverse transactions on the grounds that your credentials were shared with or accessed by a third party at your own invitation.

5 Deposits & Payments

3pati accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods only:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet and over-the-counter)
• EasyPaisa (mobile wallet and over-the-counter)
• HBL Internet Banking
• UBL Internet Banking
• Meezan Bank Internet Banking
• SadaPay
• USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency deposit)

The following deposit rules apply at all times:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account name does not match your 3pati account name — are prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change. Players are advised to check the current minimums before initiating a deposit.
• 3pati does not charge deposit processing fees. Fees charged by your payment provider (if any) are your own responsibility.
• Deposits denominated in PKR are credited at the PKR balance equivalent. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited in PKR at the applicable exchange rate displayed at the time of deposit confirmation.
• 3pati reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations. Failure to provide documentation may result in deposit reversal and account review.
• Depositing funds solely for the purpose of immediate withdrawal without engaging in genuine gameplay activity is prohibited and may be treated as suspicious activity.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed successfully before any withdrawal is processed. KYC requires submission of a valid CNIC and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your 3pati account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are displayed on the withdrawal page and are subject to periodic review.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed same-day for amounts within standard banking limits.
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed on-chain and are subject to standard blockchain confirmation times.
• 3pati reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for up to 72 hours for security review, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been flagged.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money funds that have met the applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

3pati offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only and are subject to eligibility criteria which may include account verification status, deposit history, and geographic location within Pakistan.
• Each promotion has a specified wagering requirement (e.g., 20x, 30x) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only. Sharing, selling, or transferring bonuses to other players is prohibited.
• 3pati reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus at any time with reasonable notice. If a bonus is cancelled after it has been partially wagered, the remaining bonus balance will be removed and any winnings derived solely from that bonus may be adjusted.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of game outcome, or coordinating with other players — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. Players who have previously held an account under a different name or payment method are not eligible for welcome bonus offers.

8 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all 3pati products including cricket betting, slot games, Teen Patti, Fortune Gems, Mines Gold, and live dealer tables:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 3pati does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of manifest error by the platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed within each game or betting market interface.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error during a game or sporting event, 3pati reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's balance.
• Palpable errors — including obviously incorrect odds, mis-priced markets, or game configuration errors — may be corrected by 3pati at any time. Bets placed on palpably incorrect prices may be voided or settled at the correct price as determined by 3pati.
• Cricket betting markets follow the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). Interrupted matches are settled in accordance with the specific sport rules published within the betting interface.
• Slot game outcomes, instant game results (Fortune Gems, Mines Gold), and card game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. All results are final.
• 3pati live cricket odds are updated in real time. Bets accepted at a given price reflect the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation — not at the moment you clicked to add a selection to your betslip.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 3pati. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all bets and bonuses, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Registering more than one account per person (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any collusive arrangement with other players, sports participants, or third parties intended to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors knowingly. Immediate reporting of discovered bugs to support is expected and rewarded.
• Money laundering or using 3pati to process funds derived from illegal activity. 3pati complies with all applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required by applicable law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward 3pati staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, probe, or compromise 3pati's technical infrastructure, databases, or security systems.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your 3pati account.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3pati platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, source code, trade marks, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3pati or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without prior written consent from 3pati.

Game titles, RNG mechanics, paytables, and visual assets supplied by third-party game providers are licensed to 3pati and remain the intellectual property of those providers. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3pati's total cumulative liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3pati shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 3pati has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

3pati does not exclude or limit liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by 3pati's negligence.
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 3pati.
• Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 3pati does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. 3pati will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.

12 Responsible Gaming

3pati is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. The platform is strictly for entertainment purposes. Gambling should never be considered a source of income, a method of recovering financial losses, or an escape from personal problems.

• Players can set daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits, and session time reminders directly from the account dashboard after 3pati Login.
• A cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days can be activated instantly without contacting support.
• Permanent self-exclusion is available and irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-excluded players are removed from all marketing communications immediately.
• Players aged 21 and above are required to confirm their age at registration. CNIC-based KYC is conducted before first withdrawal.
• 3pati's 24/7 support team is trained to identify signs of problem gambling and can provide referrals to support resources where appropriate.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

3pati collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on 3pati you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices in summary:

• Personal data collected at registration and during KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, payment processing, and legal compliance purposes.
• 3pati uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions. Financial transaction data is not stored on 3pati servers post-processing.
• Personal data is not sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties except where required by law or necessary for payment processing and KYC verification.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support at [email protected].
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies are used to maintain session state and improve user experience. You may manage cookie preferences via your browser settings.

14 Amendments to These Terms

3pati reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 3pati will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the 3pati platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of any available balance prior to account closure.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this section will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. Archived versions of previous Terms are available on request from our support team.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 3pati operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and 3pati, we encourage you to first contact our support team via live chat so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally and promptly. The majority of disputes raised by Pakistani players are resolved within 24 hours of first contact.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 14 days of the dispute being raised with support, either party may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution process outlined in the platform's Dispute Resolution Policy, available from our support team on request.
